Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data cleaning, validation, and transformation for weekly datasets using SQL and Python.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the weekend reporting cycle.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the core analytics team to ensure data consistency across all platforms.
- Generate detailed weekly and monthly performance reports for stakeholders.
- Automate repetitive data tasks to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in data analysis, preferably in a weekend or shift-based role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Querying, Joins, Stored Procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proficiency in Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Excellent knowledge of Excel, including advanced functions and VBA.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Ability to work independently during the weekend shift while maintaining clear communication with the team.
