- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies that drive strategic decision-making.
- Develop and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts to support complex data extraction and cleaning tasks.
- Create interactive and actionable dashboards using Tableau or Power BI for executive stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the core team to define, track, and improve key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Ensure data integrity and hygiene during off-peak hours processing and reporting cycles.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports for management review.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages like Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen eye for detail in data validation.
- Must be available to work a consistent weekend shift schedule (e.g., Friday through Sunday).
