Responsibilities
- Data Cleaning & Preparation: Ensure data integrity by cleaning, organizing, and validating large datasets to support accurate reporting.
- SQL & Database Management: Write complex queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases efficiently.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Reporting: Generate weekly and monthly reports for stakeholders to support decision-making processes.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in the data to solve business problems.
- Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand data needs and deliver tailored analytical solutions.
Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in data analysis or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R. Experience with ETL processes is highly desirable.
- Visualization: Strong command of visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent ability to translate complex data findings into clear, concise, and actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as part of a standard full-time schedule.
