What You Will Do:
As a Weekend Data Analyst, you will be responsible for maintaining data integrity, generating performance reports, and assisting the senior team in strategic planning based on weekly data cycles.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Execute complex SQL queries and data transformations to support weekend operational metrics.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and growth opportunities specific to weekend performance.
- Prepare clear, concise, and actionable weekly reports for management review.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to interpret data findings and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain accurate documentation of data sources, methodologies, and findings.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced queries, joins, subqueries) and Excel (Pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Ability to analyze large, unstructured datasets and derive meaningful insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present complex data to non-technical stakeholders.
- Must be available to work weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) as required by business needs.
