Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure maximum data accuracy and reliability.
- Develop and maintain complex SQL queries and database schemas to support robust business intelligence reporting.
- Create interactive, high-performance dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize KPIs and track performance trends.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to identify emerging trends, patterns, and opportunities for operational excellence.
- Prepare comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports for executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Conduct statistical analysis and A/B testing to validate business hypotheses and drive growth.
- Ensure data governance standards are met during all weekend processing cycles.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis, with a strong preference for candidates comfortable with weekend shift schedules.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) and hands-on experience with ETL processes.
- Strong command of data visualization tools, specifically Tableau or Power BI.
- Familiarity with programming languages such as Python or R for advanced data manipulation.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable business strategies.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday).
