Responsibilities
- Perform comprehensive data analysis on weekly sales, traffic, and customer behavior metrics.
- Generate and present detailed reports to stakeholders, highlighting key trends and anomalies.
- Ensure data accuracy by auditing datasets and validating calculations before reporting.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize reporting workflows.
- Automate repetitive reporting tasks using Python or SQL scripts to increase efficiency.
- Identify growth opportunities by analyzing performance data and suggesting data-driven strategies.
- Maintain data security and compliance standards across all platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar quantitative role.
- Proficiency in SQL and experience with Python for data manipulation.
- Strong command of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP) and visualization tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience working in a shift-based environment or availability for weekend shifts is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills to translate complex data into actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving mindset.
