In this role, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive strategic decisions through deep data analysis. You will own the data integrity process and create compelling visualizations that tell the story behind the numbers.
Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting purposes.
- Analytics & Modeling: Perform statistical analysis and build predictive models to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) that provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- Reporting: Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly reports that summarize key performance indicators (KPIs) and present findings to management.
- Collaboration: Partner with product managers and engineering teams to define data requirements and support the development of new features.
- Process Improvement: Identify gaps in current data processes and propose innovative solutions to improve data quality and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis or a similar role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (querying and database management) and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with at least one major BI tool (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for non-technical audiences.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time weekends (Friday, Saturday, or Sunday) with flexibility to cover holiday shifts.
