Responsibilities
- Extract & Transform Data: Gather, clean, and transform raw data from various sources using SQL and Python to ensure accuracy and consistency for reporting.
- Dashboard Development: Design and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and trend forecasting to support weekend business planning and decision-making processes.
- Report Generation: Create detailed weekly and monthly analytical reports for stakeholders, highlighting critical insights and recommendations.
- Data Governance: Enforce data quality standards and collaborate with the IT team to optimize data warehouse architecture.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a customer-facing or operational environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (strong querying and optimization skills) and Excel. Experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Visualization Tools: Demonstrated expertise in Tableau, Power BI, or similar business intelligence tools.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable business insights.
