Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and Tableau
- Create automated reports and dashboards to track KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and deliver actionable insights
- Maintain data integrity through quality checks and documentation best practices
- Support ad-hoc analysis projects to address urgent business questions
- Optimize data processes to improve efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with weekend shift preference
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving skills
- Experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts with minimal supervision
- Excellent communication skills to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences
