Responsibilities
- Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL): Clean and prepare datasets from various sources to ensure high-quality input for reporting systems.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for business improvement.
- Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau, PowerBI, or similar visualization tools.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Data Integrity: Monitor data pipelines to ensure accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems.
- Documentation: Create and update technical documentation for data processes and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- SQL Proficiency: Strong experience with SQL for querying and database management (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Programming: Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation and analysis.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
- Schedule: Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and Sunday) as required by business needs.
