- Analyze complex datasets using SQL, Python, and statistical tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create compelling visualizations and dashboards using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Monitor key performance metrics and generate weekly performance reports for leadership review
- Collaborate with weekend operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and ensure data integrity
- Develop automated data pipelines to streamline weekend reporting processes
- Present analytical findings to cross-functional teams during weekend handover meetings
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from business units during weekend hours
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 2+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend/shift work exposure
- Advanced proficiency in SQL and at least one programming language (Python/R)
- Expertise in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker)
- Strong statistical knowledge with experience in hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced weekend environment
- Excellent communication skills with ability to translate complex findings for non-technical audiences
- Experience working with large datasets and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure)
