Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret complex datasets to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create interactive dashboards and reports using SQL, Tableau, and Excel
- Support weekend data operations including monitoring data quality and resolving issues
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and success metrics
- Document data processes and maintain accurate data dictionaries
- Present findings to leadership teams through clear visualizations
- Assist in ad-hoc analysis projects as requested
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Business Analytics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Strong statistical analysis and problem-solving abilities
- Experience working with weekend or non-traditional schedules
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) preferred
