The Role:
In this role, you will be responsible for the end-to-end analysis of complex datasets, ensuring data integrity and providing timely reports to leadership. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify trends and drive strategic decision-making.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform large datasets using SQL and Python scripts.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations in Tableau or Power BI.
- Generate comprehensive weekly and monthly performance reports for management.
- Identify data anomalies and implement corrective measures to improve data quality.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into data solutions.
- Maintain documentation of data pipelines and analysis methodologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Statistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) is required.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical team members.
- Flexibility to work rotating weekends (Saturday/Sunday) as per business needs.
