Responsibilities
- Analyze and interpret large datasets using SQL, Python, and Excel to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive presentations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data findings into actionable business strategies
- Develop and maintain automated reporting systems to monitor KPIs and performance metrics
- Conduct ad-hoc analysis to support marketing campaigns, operational improvements, and customer insights
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear, concise reports and data-driven storytelling
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis with proven portfolio of SQL and Python projects
- Advanced proficiency in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI) and Excel functions
- Strong statistical knowledge and experience with hypothesis testing and regression analysis
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to translate complex data into business insights
- Experience with weekend or non-traditional work schedules preferred
- Certification in data analytics (e.g., Google Data Analytics, Microsoft Certified: Data Analyst) a plus
