Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends and opportunities for casino/hospitality clients
- Create interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for weekend operations insights
- Generate ad-hoc reports on customer behavior, gaming performance, and revenue metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement data-driven strategies
- Ensure data integrity through rigorous validation and quality control processes
- Present findings to stakeholders through clear visualizations and executive summaries
- Optimize weekend staffing and inventory based on predictive analytics
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Economics, or related field
- 2+ years of experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Strong understanding of statistical concepts and hypothesis testing
- Experience with data warehousing concepts and ETL processes
- Ability to work independently and manage deadlines in a weekend shift structure
- Excellent communication skills for translating technical insights to non-technical audiences
- Knowledge of casino/hospitality industry data metrics preferred
