Role Overview
The Data Analyst (Weekend Shift) will focus on data cleaning, validation, and reporting during off-peak hours. You will work closely with the core team to ensure data integrity and generate weekly performance reports.
Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis and statistical modeling to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
- Generate accurate and timely weekly reports and dashboards for stakeholders using SQL and visualization tools.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and document data flows.
- Maintain and optimize existing databases and reporting pipelines to ensure data accuracy.
- Identify and resolve data quality issues and discrepancies in datasets.
- Present complex data findings to non-technical audiences in a clear and actionable manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating data.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Proven experience with Python or R for data manipulation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Must be available to work weekends (Saturday and/or Sunday).
