Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical methods
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau/Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting pipelines to monitor KPIs and business metrics
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business questions into data-driven solutions
- Validate data integrity and implement quality control measures across systems
- Present insights to leadership through concise, actionable recommendations
- Maintain documentation of analysis methodologies and processes
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analytics experience with weekend shift availability
- Expert proficiency in SQL for complex data extraction and transformation
- Advanced skills in data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI) and Excel
- Strong statistical analysis background with experience in hypothesis testing
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure) and big data technologies
- Excellent problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and communicate technical concepts to non-technical audiences
