Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies using SQL, Python, and statistical modeling
- Create compelling data visualizations and dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for executive stakeholders
- Develop automated reporting systems to deliver weekly performance metrics and KPI tracking
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into data-driven solutions
- Maintain data integrity through rigorous validation, cleaning, and documentation processes

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
- 3+ years of professional data analysis experience with weekend shift exposure
