Responsibilities
- <ul><li>Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and insights during weekend operational hours.</li><li>Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using business intelligence tools to track key performance indicators (KPIs).</li><li>Respond to ad-hoc data requests and provide timely, accurate information to support critical weekend decision-making.</li><li>Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver analytical solutions.</li><li>Ensure data accuracy and integrity by performing regular data quality checks and validation.</li><li>Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders, both verbally and in written reports.</li><li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of data analysis processes and methodologies.</li></ul>
Qualifications
- <ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.</li><li>1-3 years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.</li><li>Proficiency in SQL for data extraction and manipulation is essential.</li><li>Strong experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker).</li><li>Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables, VLOOKUPs, and complex formulas.</li><li>Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking abilities.</li><li>Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate complex data into understandable insights.</li><li>Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently during weekend shifts.</li></ul>
