We're seeking a detail-oriented professional to support our healthcare analytics division during weekend shifts (Saturday/Sunday, 8 AM - 4 PM). This role offers remote flexibility with occasional on-site collaboration in our downtown Baltimore office. Responsibilities
- Analyze complex healthcare datasets using SQL and Python to identify trends and anomalies
- Create interactive dashboards in Tableau/Power BI for weekend operations teams
- Generate weekend performance reports for hospital administrators
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during handoff transitions
- Validate data integrity and troubleshoot weekend-specific reporting issues
- Support ad-hoc analysis requests from clinical stakeholders
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, or related field
- 2+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R
- Experience working with EHR/healthcare datasets preferred
- Strong analytical problem-solving and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently during weekend shifts
- Experience with data governance and compliance standards
