Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure high-quality reporting standards.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or PowerBI for stakeholders.
- Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract, transform, and load data from various sources.
- Conduct statistical analysis to identify market trends, customer behavior patterns, and operational inefficiencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to define data requirements and KPIs.
- Present data findings in clear, concise, and persuasive formats to non-technical audiences.
- Maintain and update data governance policies to ensure data security and compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of proven experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server).
- Strong expertise in Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros) and Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau or PowerBI.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to bridge the gap between data and business strategy.
