Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret data from various internal and external sources to support business decisions.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Perform statistical analysis and A/B testing to evaluate the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and product features.
- Prepare clear, concise, and compelling reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Identify data anomalies and recommend process improvements to enhance data quality and accuracy.
- Collaborate with engineering and product teams to define data requirements and implement data pipelines.
- Stay up-to-date with industry best practices and emerging data analysis tools.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating large datasets.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with data visualization tools (Tableau or PowerBI preferred).
- Excellent analytical thinking, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced setting.
