- Statistical Analysis: Perform complex statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and correlations within the data.
- Reporting: Develop comprehensive reports and presentations that highlight key performance indicators (KPIs) and business recommendations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with management and product teams to understand business needs and translate them into data requirements.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and implement data-driven solutions to improve operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, or R; experience with Excel and BI tools like Tableau or Power BI.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
