- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within large datasets.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop compelling data visualizations, dashboards, and reports using tools like Tableau and Power BI to communicate findings to stakeholders.
- SQL Queries: Write efficient and complex SQL queries to extract and manipulate data from relational databases.
- Business Intelligence: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical models.
- Performance Monitoring: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide regular updates to management on project progress and insights.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation to improve data handling efficiency.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python, R, or similar programming languages.
- Tools: Strong working knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excel: Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and Macros.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data to non-technical audiences.
- Problem Solving: Strong analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot data issues and derive logical conclusions.
