Responsibilities
- Perform in-depth data analysis to identify trends, patterns, and correlations that drive business decision-making.
- Design and maintain complex data models and ETL pipelines to ensure data integrity and accessibility.
- Create compelling visualizations and interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI for stakeholder presentations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and implement data-driven solutions.
- Conduct statistical analysis to validate hypotheses and forecast future outcomes.
- Document data processes and provide training to junior team members on data analysis best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Minimum of 3-5 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, stored procedures) and experience with Python or R.
- Expert level knowledge of Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros) and data visualization tools.
- Experience working with cloud data warehouses (e.g., Snowflake, AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical audiences.
