Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Processing: Gather, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various internal and external sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Analytics & Modeling: Perform advanced statistical analysis and data modeling to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI to visualize complex data for stakeholders.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive monthly and quarterly reports that provide clear, actionable insights to the executive team.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Sales, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide technical support.
- Process Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in current reporting processes and implement automation to improve productivity.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Data Scientist.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases; experience with Python or R is a plus.
- Tools: Expert-level knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to translate complex data findings into clear, non-technical language for diverse audiences.
- Attention to Detail: Highly organized with a keen eye for data accuracy and quality control.
