Responsibilities
- Data Mining & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate large datasets to ensure accuracy and integrity for analysis.
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies.
- Visualization: Design and develop interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize complex data and track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Finance, Operations) to understand their data needs and provide strategic recommendations.
- Reporting: Create comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to leadership and non-technical audiences effectively.
- Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement based on data-driven insights.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related quantitative field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis or business intelligence.
- Technical Proficiency: Strong proficiency in SQL, Python, or R.
- Visualization Tools: Expert knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excel Skills: Advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and VLOOKUP.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly.
