Responsibilities
- Assist in Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather data from various sources and ensure it is accurate, complete, and formatted correctly for analysis.
- Support Reporting: Help create and maintain standard operational reports and dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, and Tableau.
- Perform Basic Analysis: Execute statistical analyses to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies within datasets.
- Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with marketing and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide actionable insights.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data processes and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
- Experience: No prior professional experience required; we train the right candidates.
- Technical Skills: Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP) is required. Familiarity with SQL or Python is a significant plus.
- Soft Skills: Exceptional attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.
- Communication: Ability to explain complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders clearly.
