Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high data quality for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics.
- Present findings and recommendations to management through clear, concise visualizations and presentations.
- Automate reporting processes to increase efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Stay current with industry best practices and emerging data technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Data Analyst or similar role (3+ years preferred).
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data extraction and querying.
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R.
- Advanced Excel skills, including VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, and macros.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business insights.
