You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, product, and executive leadership, to identify trends, optimize processes, and uncover new business opportunities through rigorous data analysis.
Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, clean, and validate datasets to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive visualizations and dashboards in Tableau and Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical modeling and exploratory data analysis to uncover hidden patterns and correlations.
- Stakeholder Reporting: Present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise, and compelling manner.
- Process Optimization: Identify inefficiencies in data workflows and recommend improvements to the ETL processes and data pipelines.
- Forecasting: Build predictive models to assist in sales forecasting and budget planning.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages (Python or R).
- Visualization: Strong command of data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to translate technical data into business value.
