The Role:
Your primary focus will be to support decision-making processes by analyzing performance metrics and identifying trends. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and deliver clear, visual reports.
Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Perform statistical analysis to uncover trends, patterns, and insights that drive business strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to translate data findings into actionable recommendations.
- Create comprehensive reports and presentations for stakeholders, ensuring data is accessible and understandable.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and track progress against business goals.
- Assist in the development of data models and automation scripts to streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably in a business or marketing environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying and manipulating databases.
- Strong skills in data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or similar).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus.
