Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Computer Science, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 2+ years experience with SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau/Power BI)
- Proficiency in Python (Pandas, NumPy) or R for statistical analysis
- Experience working with healthcare datasets (HIPAA compliance knowledge preferred)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
