Responsibilities
- Operational Monitoring: Oversee system performance and data integrity metrics during off-peak hours.
- Deep Dive Analysis: Conduct root-cause analysis on business anomalies and performance dips.
- Visualization: Design and maintain dynamic dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) for executive review.
- Data Governance: Clean, normalize, and prepare datasets for machine learning models.
- Reporting: Produce comprehensive weekly and monthly analytical reports.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or related discipline.
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of professional data analysis experience.
- Technical Skills: Expert proficiency in SQL, Python, and Excel. Experience with ETL processes is highly preferred.
- Night Shift: Must be available to work 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM (or similar shift).
- Communication: Ability to communicate complex findings to non-technical stakeholders.
