Responsibilities
- Analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies to support business decision-making.
- Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries and Python scripts for automated reporting.
- Create interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI for executive leadership.
- Collaborate with the IT and Operations teams to ensure data integrity and accuracy across all platforms.
- Generate weekly and monthly performance reports, highlighting key metrics and actionable insights.
- Perform data cleaning and transformation tasks to prepare datasets for analysis.
- Document data processes and analysis methodologies to ensure knowledge retention.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as a Data Analyst.
- Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and Python (Pandas, NumPy) for data manipulation.
- Strong experience with BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Ability to work effectively in a night shift environment with minimal supervision.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills to present complex data findings to non-technical stakeholders.
