Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform massive datasets from multiple sources using SQL, Python, and ETL tools.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau/PowerBI) to visualize nightly performance metrics and KPIs.
- Conduct deep-dive root cause analysis to identify data anomalies and operational bottlenecks.
- Generate comprehensive, ad-hoc reports for stakeholders and leadership during night shift hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize analytical models.
- Ensure data quality and consistency across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and scripting languages such as Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools including Tableau, Looker, or PowerBI.
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a rigorous attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently, communicate effectively, and manage time efficiently during night shifts.
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
