Responsibilities
- Manage Nightly Data Pipelines: Monitor, clean, and validate large datasets received during off-peak hours to ensure data integrity for the next business day.
- Generate Actionable Insights: Analyze trends and patterns in historical data to provide actionable recommendations to the executive team.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards (Tableau/Power BI) to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for the night shift operations.
- Report Compilation: Compile detailed nightly reports and summaries for stakeholders, highlighting anomalies and operational efficiency.
- Collaborate with Teams: Partner with product and engineering teams to troubleshoot data issues and improve data collection processes.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical role.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas/NumPy), and Excel. Experience with cloud data warehouses (BigQuery/AWS Redshift) is a plus.
- Visualization: Strong command of BI tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Soft Skills: Excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently during night shifts.
