Responsibilities
- Extract, transform, and load (ETL) data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Power BI or Tableau to visualize complex datasets.
- Perform statistical analysis and predictive modeling to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business metrics.
- Ensure data security and compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
- Optimize data pipelines to improve query performance and reduce processing time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Proficiency in SQL for database querying and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
- Must be willing and able to work night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
