Responsibilities
- Analyze Large Datasets: Extract, clean, and transform complex data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and integrity for reporting purposes.
- Dashboard Creation: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using tools like Tableau and Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) for leadership.
- Trend Analysis: Identify patterns, anomalies, and trends within the data to provide strategic recommendations for process improvement.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams (engineering, product, operations) to understand business needs and deliver data-driven solutions.
- Report Generation: Create comprehensive weekly and monthly reports summarizing findings and presenting them to senior management during morning handovers.
- Database Management: Assist in optimizing SQL queries and maintaining data warehouse structures to ensure efficient data retrieval.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, Economics, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL for data querying and experience with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Programming: Strong understanding of Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is highly preferred.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to explain complex data concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Schedule Availability: Must be available to work a night shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM) with flexibility for weekend coverage.
- Attention to Detail: Demonstrated ability to spot errors in data and maintain a high standard of accuracy.
