Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and validate complex datasets from multiple sources to ensure high-quality input for reporting.
- Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or PowerBI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform deep-dive statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate data requirements into technical solutions.
- Maintain and optimize ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) processes to improve data retrieval speed and accuracy.
- Generate comprehensive monthly and weekly reports for executive leadership.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying relational databases and writing complex queries.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
- Must be available to work night shifts (typically 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM).
