Job Overview
The Data Analyst will be responsible for gathering, interpreting, and presenting data in a way that drives strategic business decisions. You will act as the bridge between raw data and actionable insights, ensuring our stakeholders have the information they need to succeed.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform complex datasets using SQL and Python scripts to ensure high data quality.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and reports in Tableau and PowerBI.
- Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and report delivery timelines.
- Perform nightly data validation checks to maintain data integrity across the system.
- Document data pipelines and analytical methodologies for future reference.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience in Data Analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operational environment.
- Advanced proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or Oracle) for querying and data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently during night shifts and communicate effectively with remote teams.
