Responsibilities
- Analyze large, complex datasets to uncover trends, patterns, and anomalies that impact business performance.
- Generate accurate and timely nightly reports for management and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with the operations team to troubleshoot data discrepancies and improve data quality.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau and Power BI.
- Automate data extraction and reporting processes using SQL and Python.
- Conduct statistical analysis to support strategic decision-making during off-hours.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or a related technical role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (querying, data manipulation) and Python (Pandas, NumPy).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker) is highly preferred.
- Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 10:00 PM – 6:00 AM Pacific Time).
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
