Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and transform raw data from various sources into structured datasets for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau or Power BI to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Perform statistical analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for process improvement within night shift operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate complex data findings into actionable business insights.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and security across all reporting systems.
- Create regular reports for management, highlighting critical data points and forecasting future trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Proficiency in SQL for querying databases and Python or R for data manipulation.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Must be available and willing to work a night shift schedule (e.g., 10:00 PM - 6:00 AM or similar).
- Strong analytical thinking with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
