Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies for the night shift operations.
- Design and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker) to visualize real-time performance metrics.
- Prepare comprehensive reports and executive summaries for stakeholders during evening hours.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and optimize reporting processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy by conducting regular quality assurance checks.
- Utilize SQL and Python to automate data extraction and streamline reporting workflows.
- Communicate technical findings to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise manner.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (Advanced querying, joins, stored procedures).
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Qlik).
- Proven ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night shift hours.
