Responsibilities
- Data Management: Extract, clean, and validate large datasets from multiple sources to ensure high data quality and accuracy.
- Reporting & Visualization: Develop and maintain interactive dashboards (Tableau, Power BI) to provide real-time insights to stakeholders.
- SQL Analysis: Write complex SQL queries to retrieve data and perform in-depth statistical analysis on night-operations metrics.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with operations and management teams to identify key performance indicators (KPIs) and report on business performance.
- Process Optimization: Identify trends and anomalies in the data to recommend process improvements and cost-saving initiatives.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, scripts, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in data analysis, preferably within a 24/7 operations environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL/MySQL), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Night Shift Availability: Must be available and willing to work night shifts (evenings/overnights).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret complex data and translate it into simple, actionable business recommendations.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
