Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and interpret complex datasets from various internal and external sources.
- Develop and maintain dynamic dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI.
- Identify key business trends and patterns to support strategic decision-making during night operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define data requirements and reporting needs.
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across all reporting systems and databases.
- Generate comprehensive reports and summaries for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Optimize data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce manual processing time.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience (2+ years) as a Data Analyst, preferably with shift-work or night shift experience.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for data querying and manipulation.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel (PivotTables, VLOOKUP, Macros).
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively during night hours.
