Responsibilities
- Transform Raw Data: Collect, clean, and validate datasets to ensure high-quality, actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Visualize Insights: Design and develop interactive dashboards and reports using tools like Tableau or Power BI to communicate complex findings clearly.
- SQL Mastery: Write optimized SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze large volumes of data efficiently.
- Collaborate Effectively: Partner with cross-functional teams to understand business objectives and translate them into analytical projects.
- Monitor Trends: Perform deep-dive analysis on key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify trends, anomalies, and opportunities for growth.
- Documentation: Maintain clear documentation of data models, processes, and analytical methodologies.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Economics, or a related field.
- Experience: 2+ years of professional experience in data analysis, preferably within a corporate or finance environment.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (Advanced), Python or R, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI, or Looker).
- Analytical Mindset: Strong ability to interpret data, identify root causes, and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Night Shift Availability: Must be willing and able to work rotating night shifts (e.g., 11 PM - 7 AM).
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present findings to non-technical audiences.
