Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and process large sets of data to identify trends and opportunities for process improvement.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or PowerBI to track KPIs and business metrics.
- Perform complex data analysis to support decision-making processes for leadership and operations teams.
- Write clear and concise SQL queries to extract data from various databases and data warehouses.
- Prepare detailed reports and presentations, translating technical findings into business recommendations.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define data requirements and improve data collection processes.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy across all reporting systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in data analysis or a related role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL) and experience with Python or R.
- Experience with data visualization tools such as Tableau, PowerBI, or Looker.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically about data.
- Mandatory: Must be available to work a Night Shift schedule (typically 10:00 PM - 7:00 AM EST).
- Strong verbal and written communication skills to present findings to non-technical audiences.
