Responsibilities
- Analyze large datasets using SQL, Python, and BI tools to identify business trends and opportunities
- Create automated reports and dashboards for executive stakeholders using Tableau and Power BI
- Monitor data quality and implement data validation protocols to ensure accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into analytical solutions
- Present complex findings to non-technical audiences through clear visualizations and narratives
- Support real-time data monitoring during night shift operations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in data analysis or business intelligence roles
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy), and data visualization tools
- Strong experience with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts
- Ability to work independently during night shift hours (10 PM - 6 AM)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Experience working with healthcare or financial data preferred
