Responsibilities
- Data Collection & Cleaning: Gather, integrate, and clean data from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Dashboard Creation: Design and develop interactive dashboards and visualizations using Tableau and Power BI to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Statistical Analysis: Perform advanced statistical analysis and modeling to identify trends, patterns, and anomalies in large datasets.
- SQL & Data Mining: Write complex SQL queries and scripts to extract data and perform data mining operations efficiently.
- Reporting: Create detailed reports and presentations for stakeholders, translating complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, sales, and operations teams to understand their data needs and provide analytical support.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a Data Analyst or Business Intelligence Analyst.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in SQL (PostgreSQL, MySQL, or SQL Server) and experience with ETL processes.
- Visualization Tools: Strong experience with Tableau, Power BI, or similar visualization software.
- Programming: Familiarity with Python or R for data manipulation and analysis is a plus.
- Soft Skills: Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
