Responsibilities
- Collect, clean, and transform large datasets from various sources to ensure accuracy and reliability for analysis.
- Develop and maintain interactive dashboards using Tableau or Power BI to visualize key performance indicators (KPIs) and trends.
- Perform statistical analysis and modeling to identify patterns, correlations, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (marketing, finance, operations) to understand their data needs and deliver actionable insights.
- Write clear, concise, and non-technical documentation of methodologies, findings, and data models.
- Monitor data quality and implement solutions to prevent errors in reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Data Analyst or similar role.
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying databases and extracting data.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data manipulation.
- Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Looker.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights to non-technical stakeholders.
